I have came up with new idea, instead of season contests (yeah, they are pretty schematical) I propose Art Battle. What it is? I'm explaining right now:

So now we have work as a Winter ID. But for some reason you want to have your work displayed. So you could challenge that ID with your one. After the vote of users, only one work could win. The winner gets 1 additional vote point, and his work displayed. Ofcourse he can be challenged too...

Each season battle time begins from 1th of new season month.

Spring ID's battle:
March
April
May

Summer ID's battle:
June
July
August

Autumn ID's battle:
September
October
November

Winter ID's battle:
December
January
February
